Check out Chicago's finest, straight from the iO Theater. Live performance on Saturday April 24, 7 p.m. at the Cultural Activities Center.
The Improvised Shakespeare Company will act out a play with a theme chosen from one lucky person straight from the audience! It could be YOU! This is the company where Mike Myers, Tina Fey, Chris Farley, Vince Vaughn, Amy Poehler, and more of your favorite comedians got their start.
To submit your suggestion for the chance to have your idea acted out live on stage, complete the entry form online at KWTX and submit by April 11th 2010. Each submission will be reviewed by the Temple High School AP IB Sr. English Class. Ten suggestions will be selected, each receiving two tickets to attend the show. The night of the show one finalist will receive the ultimate prize, their idea turned into an original play performed live on stage!
Winners will be notified by daytime phone/email on April 16th along with instructions to choose seats. Winners must select seats by April 20th.
